I was really vibing with the whole discussion you had with Matt and Isaac. it honestly felt like the first time in a while that other people are having the exact same thoughts and interpretations (I’m usually the one labeled the pessimist). The takes on benchmarking and the whole "generic 1M AWS credits foundation model" hype, and the trap of scale had me nodding the entire time.
Already a fan, you’re definitely preaching to the choir! And awesome to hear you’ve got your own podcast too, I’ll check it out!
I've been struggling to put this together since Friday evening! I published the previous newsletter on Nov 10 and I've got a month's worth of news and content that couldn't possibly all fit here. This one really only covers up to Nov 20! Already half-way to the next one :P
